Our Canine Blend contains two peptides: BPC-157 and TB-500. BPC-157 is a chain of 15 amino acids that has been studied for over 30 years in animal models for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. TB-500 is included in this blend for additional repair support, targeting flexibility, recovery, and range-of-motion restoration for active dogs

Canine Blend is administered by a small subcutaneous injection under loose skin-the same way diabetic dogs get insulin at home. The peptide ships in a powder (lyophilized) form. You will need to reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water before injection. Store the reconstituted peptide in the refrigerator and use within 30 days. For research purposes only.

Mobility improvements with BPC-157 and TB-500 are often noted within 2–4 weeks. Systemic longevity markers develop over 60–90 days of consistent protocol use.

Our Canine Blend contains BPC-157 and Tb-500. Neither is an FDA-approved drug. We also believe that individuals can make their own decisions based on available information and research. We sell the research-grade compound the studies describe, lab-tested, with the research linked so you and your vet can decide.
Integrative Management of Canine Stifle Injuries- BPC-157 and TB-500 Protocol
A peer-reviewed canine case report published in AHVMA’s journal documents the use of BPC-157 with TB-500 in a dog with a stifle injury. The protocol used oral administration at approximately 6.5 mcg/kg of each peptide, three sprays daily for four weeks, alongside laser therapy and TCVM herbal support. The dog showed clinical improvement and was fully weight-bearing by the third session. Notable as one of the few peer-reviewed clinical case reports involving BPC-157 in companion animals.
Pharmacokinetics, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of BPC-157 in rats and dogs
One of the few BPC-157 studies that includes canine data. Established pharmacokinetic profile, elimination half-life, and bioavailability in beagle dogs. Established data on the safety of use in canines.
